1. Introduction

This Policy is part of the Customer Terms and Conditions. Any terms defined in the Terms and Conditions carry the same meaning here, unless stated otherwise. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.

You can return any product purchased from the Applearc.ng website or physical store if:

  • you changed your mind,

  • ordered the wrong item,

  • received it as an unwanted gift,

  • the product has a technical issue, or

  • you’re concerned about its quality (hereafter referred to as the “Returned Product”).


2. Returns for Incorrect or Unwanted Purchases

You may return a product to Applearc.ng if:

  • It is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all labels and seals intact;

  • It includes all accessories and parts;

  • You return it to our store with the original invoice, or initiate a return request on our website within 7 days of receiving or collecting the product. After this period, returns are only accepted for defective items.

After validating the return, we will credit your account with the purchase value within 10 working days. You can also choose to exchange the Returned Product for another item of the same value. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.

If the packaging has been opened or tampered with, Applearc.ng may charge a handling fee of up to 20% of the product’s value.
Please note: If the product was financed through a third-party bank, returning the item does not cancel your financing contract—you are still responsible for those payments.

Non-returnable items include:
Unsealed software, subscriptions, downloaded software or vouchers, gift cards, and in-ear audio devices.

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.


3. Products Damaged on Delivery

If you receive a damaged product or find it missing parts/accessories, contact Applearc.ng within 7 days of delivery. After inspection, we will either repair, replace, or refund the product based on your preference.


4. Faulty Products

All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product becomes faulty, you must follow the warranty process outlined by the manufacturer and relayed through Applearc.ng. Manufacturer warranties may carry specific terms—please review any documentation provided in the packaging.

Applearc.ng is not responsible for the warranty terms, which are solely provided by the product manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating communication where needed.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your nominated bank account. In certain cases, a credit card reversal may be possible. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process. Applearc.ng will not cover any transaction fees, bank charges, or taxes related to the refund.
